REGISTRATION
Q. Do I have to be a member to attend?
A. No, ACG Boston Conferences are open to both members and non-members, though members enjoy a discounted admission fee to the Conference.
Q. What if I am a member of another chapter of ACG?
A. Please indicate that you are a member of another chapter on the registration form.
Q. How can I find out if my firm is a member?
A. ACG Boston membership is based on individual members and we do not have Corporate memberships. If you have a question about your membership, send an e-mail to info@acgboston.org.
Q. How can I register for the Technology Conference?
A.You can register for the conference online up until noon of the day prior to the event. Click here to register now.
Q. How will I be notified that my registration is confirmed?
A. If you provide a valid email address, you will receive a confirmation at the time of registration.
In addition, ACG Boston will send confirmation emails to all attendees prior to the event.
Q. Can I register at the conference?
A.You will be able to register on site if space is still available . There will be an additional fee to register on site.

Q. What if I only want to attend portions of the conference, like the networking reception?
A. The Conference has a single price of admission regardless of what portions you choose to attend.
Q. When do I receive my admittance badge?
A.Badges will be distributed on-site, in the Registration area. Speakers, sponsors and press badges will be available in the Registration area.

Q. What is ACG Boston 's cancellation policy?
A.To receive a refund, your cancellation must be received in writing, emailed to info@acgboston.org or faxed to ACG Boston

Substitutions:
ACG Boston does not issue refunds for no-shows. If you find you are unable to attend, consider sending a colleague in your place. The registration fee will be adjusted if a non-member replaces an ACG Boston member.

Q: What is the non-solicitation policy at Technology Conference 2005?
A.The Technology Conference 2005 is intended to enable our sponsors and exhibitors the exclusive right to promote their products and services to the attendees of this event. All other attendees are prohibited from engaging in the marketing of their products and services in all designated areas of the
conference and anywhere else in the host hotel.
Q. Can I get a list of attendees for the Technology Conference?
A.Thank you for your request, at this time ACG Boston does not publish our attendee lists.
