How do I get my username and password?
Once your membership has been approved by ACG's national office, your username and password will be sent to you via e-mail. If you have forgotten your username or password, please contact us directly.
What is the policy on transferring membership?
Membership in ACG Boston belongs to the individual, not the employing organization. If an individual changes employment or moves from one position to another, it is his right to take the membership with him. ACG Boston does not allow membership transfers from one individual to another individual, whether or not they are employed within the same organization.
What if I am a member of another ACG chapter?
As a member of another ACG chapter, you can attend as many ACG Boston events as you'd like at the member rate. Please note that certain events are by invitation only and are not open to everyone to attend.
When does my membership expire and how can I renew it?
Your membership expires on the annual anniversary date of your joining ACG Boston. You will receive reminders via email of an expiring membership. To renew your membership, click here.
Does ACG Boston still offer a corporate membership?
As of June 1, 2011 ACG Boston will no longer be offering a corporate membership, formerly know as the Corporate Plus program. With a renewed focus on building a strong community of members, we have decided to return to an exclusively individual-based membership model.
The decision came from careful consideration and analysis of the Corporate Plus program, and a clear picture of our strategic plan for the years ahead. An individual membership model is essential in allowing us to recognize and respond to changes in the marketplace that affect our members. A clearly defined membership allows us to more efficiently create programming that is specific to the make-up of our membership; more effectively tailor promotions and partnerships that are most relevant to our members; and to further differentiate the benefits and experience our members receive in their interactions with ACG Boston.
For those of you who belong to a firm that has a current Corporate Plus membership, we would like to assure you that the program benefits will be honored until your membership expiration date. Upon the expiration of your firm's Corporate Plus membership, we strongly encourage you to renew as an individual member to continue to have access to members-only events and to receive the full range of benefits that accompany individual membership.
