Roundtable Summary

Jim Corey, the Managing Partner of Blue Ridge Partners, will discuss pragmatic steps companies can take right now to improve top-line revenue performance during a down market.  Jim founded Blue Ridge Partners in 2002 and ever since his firm has been helping companies find new ways to accelerate revenue growth.  During the current downturn, Blue Ridge is focused on helping companies find ways to support the top-line in a cost effective manner—this includes capturing market share from competitors, pricing products more strategically, and closely monitoring the performance of each component of the “revenue engine”.  During this discussion, Jim will discuss what they have learned from working with over 150 companies and review several case examples.

Mr. Corey has assisted over 300 companies around the world improve their performance through more effective revenue growth strategies, enhanced execution in sales and marketing and optimized pricing.  He has extensive experience working with companies in North America, Europe and Asia.
