Our presenter, Jeff Seul, taught negotiation at Harvard Law School before becoming part of the senior executive team at Groove Networks, which was acquired by Microsoft in 2005.  Jeff now co-chairs the the Venture Capital and Emerging Companies team at Holland & Knight, where he regularly advises acquirers and targets in M&A transactions.  His article on the topic of this presentation appeared in the August 2009 issue of Venture Capital Journal.
