Hans Brigham is a partner in Bingham's Boston office with a practice that is focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance, for both private equity firms and strategic acquirors, including medical device and medical technology. His clients include private equity and venture capital firms, as well some of the leading consolidators in a variety of industries.
In addition to his M&A practice, Hans represents numerous public and private companies and debt and equity financing sources, including investment banks, private equity firms and venture capital firms on a regular basis in joint ventures and other corporate partnering transactions, as well as private and public offerings of debt and equity and restructurings.
Representative clients include Boston Scientific Corporation, Weston Presidio Capital, Cytyc Corporation and WestView Capital Partners.

Les Cheek joined Baird in 2005 as a Managing Director to open Baird’s Boston office and to serve as a senior member of Baird’s Financial Sponsor Group. In this role, Les has assisted numerous private equity firms in acquiring new platform companies as well as pursuing liquidity events either through public offerings or merger transactions. Les also works with Baird's Business Services team on transactions in the BPO/CRM Services sector. Prior to joining Baird, Les spent almost six years at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, most recently as a Managing Director in the Business and Technology Services Group. Prior to his time at SunTrust, Les worked as an investment banker at Tucker Anthony Incorporated (now part of RBC Securities) in Boston for seven years. He received a BA from Harvard College.
