Hans Lidforss

Hans Lidforss joined Sensata in June 2014 as Senior Vice President of Strategy and M&A. Mr. Lidforss is responsible for corporate strategy, M&A, acquisition integration and business development.

Prior to Sensata, Mr. Lidforss was Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Taleo in Dublin CA, where he led corporate strategy, M&A, acquisition integration and corporate business development. During his time there, he successfully led efforts in the sale of Taleo to Oracle. Previously, Hans was Lead Operations Executive at Cerberus Capital Management; Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Hewlett-Packard Company; General Manager and Integration Director at GE Capital IT Solutions; and management consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Lidforss holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Institute of Technology at Linkoping University in Sweden, and a Masters of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL.
 
Jay Hernandez, Moderator

Jay Hernandez is a Director at Harris Williams & Co. and has more than a decade of strategic advisory experience executing merger, acquisition, divestiture, capital raise, and strategic advisory assignments for public and private companies in the middle-market.  During his career, he has advised companies across a variety of sectors, including test and measurement, industrial technologies, advanced manufacturing, and business services. Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Hernandez was an Assistant Vice President within the debt capital group at Fleet Capital Corporation and a Senior Associate within the audit and transaction services groups at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP.  Mr. Hernandez holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Robert Emmett McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Arizona.  He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
