Erik Dykema
Principal
Lineage Capital
Prior to joining Lineage, Erik was a Principal at Metapoint Partners, where he was responsible for sourcing and executing new acquisition opportunities. Previously, Erik spent two years at Corporate Decisions, Inc. ("CDI") and Mercer Management Consulting, working on strategic advisory cases as well as due diligence projects for private equity firms. Erik began his career with Continental Bank and Bank of America arranging financings for privately owned businesses. Erik holds an A.B. in Economics from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Erik is currently on the Board of Directors of ACG Global, which has over 12,000 members worldwide, and is an active member of the Boston chapter.

Brad Adams
Managing Director
TM Capital
Mr. Adams is a Managing Director of TM Capital Corp. Prior to joining TM Capital, Mr. Adams was the Managing Director and co-founder of Boston Corporate Finance, a boutique investment banking firm focused on providing merger and acquisition, capital raising and general advisory services to global companies in the technology sector. Previously, Mr. Adams was a Vice President at both KPMG Corporate Finance and Advest, Inc. where he specialized in initial public offerings, private placements and merger and acquisition advisory assignments for global technology companies.
Mr. Adams is a graduate of Bates College and received his MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and fluent in Japanese.
Mr. Adams is the Head of M&A International Inc.’s Technology Group and was the 2007 Technology Conference Co-Chair for the Boston chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.

Doug Rosner

Doug Rosner, a Director at Goulston & Storrs, has extensive experience in complex Chapter 11 reorganizations, Chapter 7 liquidations, workouts and related litigation and transactions throughout the country and internationally. He has represented corporate debtors, unsecured creditors’ committees, lessors, secured and unsecured creditors, asset purchasers and trustees. In addition, Doug has counseled lenders and borrowers in corporate and real estate financing transactions and workouts, including asset-backed securitizations and asset-based loans.
Doug serves on the Executive Committee and Council of the Boston Bar Association and is a Member of the Association for Corporate Growth, American Bankruptcy Institute and Turnaround Management Association. He has continually been ranked as a top lawyer by Chambers USA, Best Lawyers and Massachusetts Super Lawyer. Doug received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Boston College Law School and his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Brandeis University.
Scott Levy

Scott Levy is the Managing Partner of Grant Thornton’s Boston office. In this role, Scott is responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality service for the clients of Grant Thornton through the audit, tax and advisory practices.
Scott has more than 20 years of experience advising clients on business and accounting issues ranging from business planning and equity compensation to mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he has successfully assisted many companies raise capital in both the public and private markets.
He serves many clients across various industries including software, consumer and industrial manufacturing and retail. Current and past clients have included Cognex Corporation, Nathan’s Famous, Tumi Luggage and Einstein Bagels.
Prior to joining the Boston office, Scott served the firm as the Assistant Managing Partner of the New York Cluster, the Partner-in-Charge of Grant Thornton’s New Jersey office, and also the New York Assurance Practice Leader. He has been involved in the firm’s Partner Candidate Development Program and the Grant Thornton Partner Leadership Program. Scott has also taught various Grant Thornton national training sessions.
As a leader in the accounting industry, Scott is frequently asked to speak on a variety of topics including mergers and acquisitions, the IPO process, business planning and marketing. Scott has been a featured panelist for the Financial Executives International’s New Jersey Chapter, the AICPA and AuditWatch.
Scott has received several honors including the NJBiz’s and the Crain’s New York Business "Forty Under Forty" distinctions.
