Sensata Technologies (NYSE: ST) set a goal in 2012 to double in revenue to 3.8B by 2017, implying a 15% CAGR. M&A has played a critical role during the pursuit of this goal as Sensata has completed several transactions in the last year -- adding over 750M in annual revenue.

Hans Lidforss, SVP Strategy and M&A, will discuss the Sensata M&A playbook at May's C-Series Breakfast, including how they:

Hans Lidforss joined Sensata in June 2014 as Senior Vice President of Strategy and M&A. Mr. Lidforss is responsible for corporate strategy, M&A, acquisition integration and business development.

Prior to Sensata, Mr. Lidforss was Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Taleo in Dublin CA, where he led corporate strategy, M&A, acquisition integration and corporate business development. During his time there, he successfully led efforts in the sale of Taleo to Oracle. Previously, Hans was Lead Operations Executive at Cerberus Capital Management; Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Hewlett-Packard Company; General Manager and Integration Director at GE Capital IT Solutions; and management consultant at McKinsey & Company.
