Business leaders react very differently to the complexities, stresses, and uncertainties of the current business environment. Their reactions reflect how "agile" they are, which in turn will determine the success of their organizations going forward.

How are the leaders in your organization responding to these issues? Are they hunkering down or are they leveraging the talent in the organization? Are teams working together more effectively or are they protecting their turf?  Are people thinking before they act, or are they falling into "ready, fire, aim" mode?  Are they looking for opportunities or are they focused only on keeping the boat afloat?

Bill Joiner and George Klemp will provide concrete examples of three distinct responses to the current environment and outline ways that leaders can increase their agility and their likelihood of success in these challenging times.

Bill Joiner is the co-author of Leadership Agility and is President of ChangeWise, a leadership and organization development consulting firm. George Klemp is a founding partner of Cambria Consulting and leads its Survey and Assessment Practice. Together they developed the Leadership Agility 360™, an online tool that evaluates a manager’s level of agility in leading change, leading teams, and engaging in pivotal business conversations.
