| ACG Cup® Boston |
The ACG Cup® is an annual, national, mergers
and acquisitions case study competition for
business graduate students. 2009 marked the
Boston Chapter's first year hosting this competition,
which has since drawn students from MBA programs
at Babson College, Boston College, Boston University,
Dartmouth, Harvard, and MIT.

| The BIG Deal |
An annual networking event designed specifically for
private equity professionals and investment bankers,
the BIG Deal is an exclusive gathering of Boston's top

| Corporate Development Forum |
The exclusive CDF series draws, and is limited to, a group
of 45 executives directly involved in corporate development
and private equity. As a peer-to-peer forum, attendees will
have the chance to introduce themselves to attendees during

| DealMakers Breakfast Series |
A quarterly breakfast series that brings you industry expert
speakers and first rate networking opportunities with the
ACG Boston community of members and dealmakers. The
first and last DealMakers Breakfast of the season is open to all,
while the remaining breakfasts are available to ACG members
only. This event series typically attracts a crowd of 125
attendees and is considered ACG Boston's staple event.

have been in theindustry for 5-10 years. This series offers
unparrelleled networkingand educational opportunities at
unique Boston venues.

| Fall Conference |
Each year the ACG Boston Fall Conference tackles a different "hot
topic" relevant to our dealmaking community. Past conference
topics include: Alternative Energy, Financing and M&A Trends
in Healthcare IT, and Issues Facing Family Owned Businesses.
The 2011 Fall Conference was focused on "Strategic Social Media for
Business" and featured success stories from B2B and B2C
companies who have used social media to grow their business.

A members only networking event held at The Boston College Club

non-members who are directly involved in M&A transactions.

A half day conference in February focused on the outlook for the
M&A sector in the year ahead. In 2012, in addition to a general M&A

A quarterly peer-to-peer lunch session hosted at a sponsoring firm's office
