If you are already registered as an ACG DealSource exhibitor, please read below for the following exhibitor details:
- Your 2nd Attendee: The ACG Capital Connection table you purchased allows you two attendees. If you have not already done so, please email the name and contact information of your second attendee to info@acgboston.org.
- Opening Night Reception: The Opening Night Reception will once again be held at The EMC Club at Fenway Park on June 5th, 2007. Registration will open in May for this event. You must RSVP for that event - only two attendee per firm are permitted, and there will be no walk-ins allowed. Your registration for this is transferrable to another person in your firm, should you not be able to attend.

DealSource is a unique opportunity for Intermediaries and Private Equity firms to have brief pre-scheduled, one-on-one meetings. It is an exclusive venue, allowing the privacy Intermediaries prefer for deal conferencing with the Private Equity community.
ACG Boston is excited to invite your firm to participate in the second annual DealSource to be held on Wednesday, June 6, 2007 at Boston's Seaport World Trade Center from 8:00am - 12:00pm. The event offers an outstanding opportunity to have focused private meetings with up to 20 targeted private equity groups in a compact time frame.
What is DealSource?
Sometimes compared to "speed dating," DealSource is set up in a ballroom configured to hold ongoing private meetings between investment bankers and private equity groups. Investment banks purchase the tables for up to 4 hours and during that time may conduct as many as 16 interviews with colleagues who have signed up in advance. Each interview session lasts 15 minutes. Space is limited at the event; only 40 meeting spaces are available.
How do I get a table at DealSource?
Investment banks can register for a table online by emailing lwhittet@acgboston.org . ACG Boston Growth Conference registration for two is included in the price of the table, and only registered DealSource investment bankers may conduct meetings. Interested private equity groups can sign up as participants, and then you, the investment banker, set up meetings online with the private equity groups of your choice based on the list of interested companies.
ACG Boston will provide each participant with the schedule of meetings and participant contact information two weeks before the Growth Conference begins. All participants must also be registered for the Growth Conference.
* ACG Boston cannot guarantee all private equity firms will honor their meeting times.
Who is eligible to participate in DealSource?
Private equity firms that register to participate in ACG Capital Connection will receive priority invitations to participate in DealSource. Our expectation is that these PE firms will use all of the available appointments at DealSource. However, if that is not the case, invitations will then be sent to Conference attendees from PE firms registered for the conference, but not exhibiting at ACG Capital Connection.
Opening Reception - EMC Club, Fenway Park
ACG will be hosting an exclusive reception on the evening of June 5th for participating firms of DealSource, ACG Capital Connection and invited investment bankers and business brokers. Join us at the brand new EMC Club, inside the hallowed halls of Fenway Park. This invitation only event will give prime networking and deal time to all the attendees. Have a cocktail, chat with your friends and take a tour of one of the oldest ballparks in the United States.
