DealMakers Breakfast
The Event:  
The New England M&A and corporate business community gathers 4 times per year to hear from middle market industry experts and CEOs on the business climate, the M&A environment, and corporate growth strategies.  This event attracts 125-150 private equity investors, corporate development executives, intermediaries, and other dealmakers.  This is a members-only event series but will be open to all in Septmeber 2011 and May 2012.  

 
   

Middle Market Forum  
The Event:
 
The Middle Market Forum is held 4 times annually and brings together investment bankers, private equity investors, corporates and deal-oriented service providers for a unique event experience.  After listening to a brief speaker presentation, attendees break into smaller groups based on their transaction size or industry focus to dive deeper into the topic at hand and share their own experience and perspective. Afterwards, all attendees reconvene for a lively networking reception.   

 
   


Corporate Development Forum

The Event:  
The exclusive Corporate Development Forum is open to up to 45 executives involved with corporate strategy and business development, as well as private equity professionals.  This breakfast seminar, held 3 times annually, provides a venue for networking with peers and experts on corporate development, strategic partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions.

Summer Networking Night

The Event:  
Summer Networking Night provides the perfect backdrop to stay connected with acquaintances and network with new faces during the slow summer months.  This event typically draws between 150-200 attendees and brings together fun elements such as live entertainment and lawn games.  The event is typically held outside, weather permitting, on the Boston waterfront!
 

 
   


The BIG Deal

The Event:  
An annual exclusive gathering designed specifically for senior level private equity professionals and investment bankers, the BIG Deal is an invitation-only networking event that builds relationships among top-tier dealmakers in Boston.  This networking event hosts 75-125 attendees and is typically held in early January.


 
   


Deal Hunters Events
 
The Event:  
Designed to gather young professionals generally under age 35, or those working in companies below the partner/owner level, this quarterly event brings together a diverse group of 50-100 attendees to network with their industry peers and continue to build their network with other M&A professionals.

ACG Cup
 
The Event:  
The annual ACG Cup is a national, mergers & acquisitions case study competition for business graduate students.  The Boston competition takes place throughout the month of Februrary and features MBA students from six local business schools and a judging panel of ACG members.
 

 
   

Stratton Ski & Snowboard Conference

The Event:
Annual 3-day ski & snowboard event at Stratton Mountain in Vermont in late January. Opportunity to hit the slopes with fellow dealmakers & enjoy quality networking and speaker presentations.  Event is co-hosted with ACG NY and ACG Philadelphia; typically 75-100 attendees from all over the Northeast.

 
   
   
Growth Conference
The Event:  
Our largest annual conference that typically attracts more than 600 senior level attendees from across the country, held in early June.  Details will be annouced soon so please check back!   

 
   
   
Fall Conference
The Event:  
Each year, the Fall Conference focuses its half day program on a different trend in the middle market M&A space.  Typically gathers 300-400 attendees from all over New England.  Please visit our conference page for more details!  

 

 
   
M&A Outlook Conference

 The event:  
 Half-day conference in February with a focus on the year's outlook for the M&A sector.  The day consists of keynote & panel discussion and a networking reception; 350-400 attendees.
